May 7, 1953 – May 20, 2026
On May 20, 2026, Marsha Yvonne Scott passed peacefully in her sleep.
Born on May 7, 1953, Marsha lived a life filled with love, compassion, strength, and devotion to her family. She was known for her warm heart, caring spirit, and the kindness she extended to everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her love for her family was the center of her life, and the memories she created with them will be cherished forever.
Marsha leaves behind her two sons, Michael Scott and Justin Scott; and her four beloved grandchildren, Heather Bruce, Michael Scott Jr., Jackson Scott, and Emma Scott.
Though her passing leaves a tremendous void, her family finds comfort knowing she passed peacefully and that her love and legacy will remain forever in their hearts.
A Celebration of Life will be held on May 29, 2026, at Down Under Bar and Grill from 3-6 pm in Crystal Beach, where family and friends will gather to honor and remember Marsha’s life.
May she rest in eternal peace.
Some of you may remember Marsha’s Takeout Junction in the 1980s. Marsha was also a massage therapist for 20 years and opened Touch of Fitness Spa and Salon until it was destroyed in Hurricane Ike.

May 26, 2026 at 1:39 pmWhat a character she was. Known for her rude yet fun idea of customer service.. She’d come by your table and ask if you want ed a refill on your coffee, then follow up with “get it yourself” We all loved her. May she Rest in Peace.

May 31, 2026 at 9:56 amMany wonderful memories of my dear sweet cuz. Great times in Florida! Also, I will never forget the time my daughter and I visited you. I fell in love with Crystal Beach! My daughter saw what I already knew what a caring person you were. You provided food and shelter for a stranger. RIP
