Beach Parking Stickers

To park on the beaches of Bolivar Peninsula, vehicles are required to display a Bolivar Beach Parking Sticker. These stickers are available for purchase at $10 each and are valid for the calendar year in which they are issued. They can be obtained through several methods:

By Mail: Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with your payment to:Bolivar Beach Parking Stickers PO Box 1679 Crystal Beach, TX 77650Ensure you specify the type and quantity of stickers needed, such as for a vehicle or an ATV/golf cart/motorcycle. Payments should be made via check or money order payable to “Galveston County Parks Department.” Please avoid sending cash. 

In Person: Visit the Parks & Cultural Services Administrative Offices, located at the Wayne Johnson Community Center inside Carbide Park:4102 Main Street (FM 519) La Marque, TX 77568The office operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, excluding county holidays. Payments can be made in cash or by money order, payable to “Galveston County Parks Department.” 

Local Vendors: Numerous local businesses support the program by selling parking stickers. A current list of vendors is available on the Galveston County website.

Early Bird Stickers: During the months of January and February, you can purchase your Bolivar Beach Parking Sticker for only $5.00. Early-bird stickers are available at the customer service desk in The Big Store, Thursday thru Sunday from 10am-3pm starting January through the end of February. Cash or Check only.

It’s important to note that all vehicles parked on Bolivar Beach, except in designated free beach zones, must display a valid parking sticker. The revenues collected from this program are utilized to provide and enhance beach-related services on Bolivar Beach. Stickers should be affixed to the lower right side of the front windshield (passenger side) for vehicles, and on the right front bumper or windshield for golf carts, ATVs, and similar vehicles. 

By adhering to these guidelines, visitors contribute to the maintenance and preservation of the beautiful Bolivar Peninsula beaches.
