The annual Senoritas Putt Putt Tournament was held this past Saturday, bringing fun, competition, and fantastic weather to the Gulf Range! Hosted by the Bolivar Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, the event saw a remarkable turnout with 44 lady golfers registered for the day.
The excitement had already reached a peak on Friday night with a spirited Calcutta, and anticipation was high as Saturday dawned. Under clear skies and a light breeze, making for perfectly comfortable golfing conditions, the morning kicked off with Mimosas, conversation, and team pictures.
Action began a little after 9:00 a.m. as the golfers putted off, winding their way around the course in search of the elusive hole-in-one. On-course Mimosa refills kept spirits high and energy flowing, with cheers echoing across the Gulf Range every time a great shot was made.
Once the last ball dropped into the cup, scores were tallied and awards were presented. A huge congratulations to the winners—your precision putting paid off!
