The Texas Crab Festival committee is seeking original artwork from talented artists for its Official 2026 Festival T-shirt. If your design is chosen, it will be worn by festival-goers and become a piece of Texas Gulf Coast history! Your design should capture the fun, vibrant, and laid-back atmosphere of the Crystal Beach community and depict all the elements of the theme: “Music, Art & Crabs, Gulf Coast Style.”
In addition, your design MUST include:
- A crab wearing sunglasses.
- The Bolivar Lighthouse.
- The text:
- “Texas Crab Festival”
- “Crystal Beach”.
- “2026”.
The design must be a cutout-style graphic without a solid background. Think of a classic, screen-printed t-shirt design where the artwork is a shape that stands out clearly from the shirt’s color.
Please use 11×14 portrait (vertical) format . No computer-generated artwork. This call is for traditional, hand-drawn, or painted art.
