Believe it or Not, Fall IS in the Air

It’s once again, the start of that time of year where all of us “locals” look forward to shorter ferry lines, shorter restaurant lines, shorter Big Store lines, well just about every kind of shorter line as we approach the fall season. After we get through the Labor Day weekend we get to really enjoy the fabulous weather, beautiful beaches and just a bit of a slowdown for a lot of us with the approaching of fall.

The Bolivar Peninsula Cultural Foundation is happy and proud to bring you once again, our Fall Arts & Crafts Fair. On September 20, 2025, come join us at Swede’s Pavilion from 10 – 3 to shop among more than 30 vendors, (11 brand new ones this year) buy food from our local Eagles 3719, hear the wonderful The Girl Band from 12-2, buy raffle tickets for some wonderful items, participate in the successful 50/50 raffle and yes, once again, receive your complimentary drink ticket for a beer, wine or water if you’re over 21. What a perfect time to kick off your holiday shopping with many vendors selling Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas items, not to mention one of a kind coastal creations of jewelry, decorations and furnishings for all seasons. Mark your calendars, save the date and come out and join us for a fun day of supporting our local vendors.
