The Salty Mermaid is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in Cobb’s Cove addition of Crystal Beach. Enjoy this new, beautiful beach home with your family, consisting of wrap-around deck, great Bay Views, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, large pantry/utility room and covered stairs. Golf cart ONLY beach access or just a short walk.
Extra Information
While using beach cabin, you assume all risks associated. If any damage to the house occurs, you will be responsible for cost associated with repairing and/or replacing. Owner is not responsible for any injuries during your stay. Owner is not responsible for damage or loss of the renter’s personal property.

House Rules
No smoking in the house! You may smoke outside or downstairs, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Do NOT leave them in the yard or planters. Deposit held for additional cleaning if cigarette butts are found.
NO grilling on upper deck. This is a fire hazard.
NO pets allowed on the premises. No exceptions! This will forfeit deposit.
Please limit number of people using showers and toilets at one time to prevent issues with the septic.
NO loud parties outside after hours. Please be respectful and reduce music/people volume outside between 11:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
DO NOT flush any feminine products at any time or diapers, baby wipes or wet wipes of any kind.
Also, dispose of grease properly (NOT in the sink).
Smoking Policy
No smoking in the house, period.
Pet Policy
No pets, no exceptions.
Age Limit
21+
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or failure to pay full rental amount within 14 days before check-in will forfeit your security deposit.
Deposit
$350 deposit.
The security deposit is due within seven (7) days of requesting for a date to be held. If the security deposit is not received within seven (7) days after making the request, the reservation could be cancelled without notice.
This deposit will also serve as the damage deposit, which will be returned approximately two (2) weeks after departure, if everything is left in the same condition as it was found ***Please call immediately upon arrival if anything is not in satisfactory condition***
Full rental amount is due at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation or failure to pay full rental amount within 14 days before check-in will forfeit your security deposit.
Rental User Agreement (separate page) must be acknowledged in writing over e-mail, or signed and returned by mail before checking in.
Lock box code for keys will be provided one (1) day before arrival. Please text when you have arrived.
Rentals are for family groups only. Rates are based on sleeping capacity. Having more than the stated capacity can easily push the septic system beyond its limits, causing damage.
