Seaclusion offers a fantastic view from the second row. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fully furnished and has all the amenities of home except for the worry of a phone ringing. You will love the coastal decor of the home. Enjoy a cold drink in one of the swings or sit at the table on the deck listening to the ocean waves. Take a short stroll to the beach for some fun in the sun. The large deck is an open invitation to morning coffee sunrises. Wifi is now available in the home.
Extra Information
Though Seaclusion can sleep up to 12 guests, Prices quoted or for up to 10 guests in Regular season and up to 8 guests in the off season. There cannot be anymore total guests at the property than 12 without approval. Guests that exceed 10 (or 8 in the offseason) are subject to an additional fee of up to 25.00 per person per day for guests.
Discounts apply for bookings of 7 nights are more as well as for smaller groups and returning guests. 50% of total reservation cost due no later than 30 days from arrival, full payment balance due no later than 7 days from arrival.

House Rules
Leave cabin clean for next guests. You are paying for inspection and sanitizing fee, not for maid service, so please leave cabin clean upon departure.
Do not take any inside furniture outside for any purpose. Do no move furniture around inside the home.
Absolutely do not BBQ on the wood deck.
Do not park or drive vehicles on the grass. Septic and sprinkler lines could be damaged.
Do not go into cabin wet or sandy. Use the outside shower. Do not sit on inside furniture with wet or sandy clothes.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in the home. You may smoke outside, but please throw cigarette butts in the receptacles provided or the trash, not in the yard. Failure to do so can result in part of the deposit not being refunded.
Pet Policy
No dogs allowed unless approved (not all pets may be approved). A fee will apply, based on size and breed, if allowed. Cats will not be allowed with no exceptions.
Events Allowed
Rental for graduation parties, spring break, or other functions for groups under the aged of 25 is not allowed. Violation will result in a part or all of the deposit not being refunded. Additional guests for any reason or for any time period not included in the original guests submitted to the owner at time of booking must be approved ahead of time. Violation of exceeding total guests limits can result in eviction without refund and loss of security deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be charged the amount of the reservation deposit required up to that date.
Deposit
$300 deposit is due to secure your reservation. One hand of the total rent is due 30 days in advance of the reservation date for weekly rentals. Any remaining balance of the rent is due at least 10 days before your arrival.
$350 security deposit is due along with the final rental payment. This deposit will be returned if the cabin is left in the same condition as it was found. Nothing broken, rules followed, cabin left clean based on report from inspection service.
A $50 inspection fee will be added to the price of each reservation in order to cover the cost of having the home inspected and sanitized, proving assurance the home is left clean and sanitized for the next guests. Guests must be out by the check out time to allow for the inspection.
