Holiday Beach Hosts Memorable Angel Tree Fundraiser

By Gerry Lang
Our Annual “Ministerial Alliance ANGEL TREE Christmas” outreach was a beautiful 2025 success. Our generous churches kindly adopted 106 High Island & Crenshaw youth. Each shopper personally shopped & purchased requested items to wear for their adopted Angel.

TEAM “HOLIDAY BEACH” Subdivision took the ‘25 challenge. This Team raised $3800 to fund the Angel Tree “bank gift cards” for each shopper to buy their Angel his/her requested “Toy”.

On a gorgeous night, November 22nd, Holiday Beach hosted a delicious & fun progressive dinner. The emcee called Bingo numbers at each of the Fab5 stops. The large crowd mingled and danced to his fabulous music. At each stop, the Holiday Beach Chefs served endless delicious choices. The crowd was treated to live music at the final stop.  Many residents decorated their golf carts and followed the progressive dinner route to line up and compete for the Best Christmas Golf Cart Award.

The evening was a memorable success as evidenced by the good cheer and smiles all around. What a grand team effort: fabulous food, non-stop music & many Holiday Beach FRIENDS supported our Youth so generously.

Thank you kindly HOLIDAY BEACH, for supporting our Ministerial Alliance “Angel Tree” Christmas Outreach. You truly shared the HOLIDAY spirit and made Christmas brighter for our Bolivar Peninsula youth!
