MINIMUM RENTAL AGE
Minimum rental age is 25. A valid government-issued ID is required prior to check-in.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy limit is 6. This number includes all guests and all visitors, even if they are not staying overnight. There must never be more than 6 people on the property or grounds at any time. Bookings over this limit will be terminated, and all funds will be forfeited.
MAXIMUM VEHICLE LIMIT
Maximum of 3 vehicles at any time. This includes cars, trucks, golf carts, side-by-sides, and trailers. Tents, campers, RVs, large trailers, and cargo trailers are not permitted.
PET POLICY
No pets of any kind are allowed. This is a pet-allergen-free home.
SMOKING AND VAPING
No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the upper deck. Smoking and vaping are allowed downstairs only. Please dispose of cigarette butts and disposable vapes properly.
NOISE AND NEIGHBOR COURTESY
Please be respectful of neighbors. Keep noise at a reasonable level. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
OUTDOOR COOKING
No grilling or cooking on the upper deck. This is a fire hazard and against Galveston County ordinance. A charcoal grill is provided downstairs.
THERMOSTAT NOTICE
The thermostat has a maximum cooling setting of 70°F (21°C). This limit is intentionally restricted.
FURNITURE USE
Do not move indoor furniture outside or off the property.
KITCHEN USE
Guests must clean and put away all kitchen items used. These tasks are not included in the cleaning fee.
AEROBIC SEPTIC SYSTEM
Do not flush feminine products, diapers, baby wipes, or wet wipes of any kind. Coastal septic systems are delicate.
ARRIVAL TIME
Check-in is at 3 p.m. If early check-in becomes available, we will notify you.
DEPARTURE TIME
Check-out is at 11 a.m. This is a firm time to allow for cleaning between guests.
No smoking allowed inside the home. Outdoor smoking is permitted downstairs only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
