Bolivar Peninsula, TX — 04-23-2025 — The Bolivar Peninsula Chamber of Commerce (BPCOC) proudly recognized exemplary individuals and businesses during its Annual Awards Ceremony, celebrating service, leadership, and community impact.

1LeBlanc Crystal Beach — Dedicated Service to the Board of Directors was awarded to Amee LaBlanc for her outstanding commitment and leadership on the Chamber board

2Gage Crystal Beach — Educator of the Year Cheyenne Gage was honored for her exceptional dedication to students and education on the peninsula

3Comeaux Crystal Beach — Volunteers of the Year Malcolm and Leanne Comeaux were celebrated for their tireless service and generosity to the community

4Flowers Crystal Beach — Ambassador of the Year went to Sabrina Flowers for her active involvement and positive representation of the Chamber and its mission

5McLendon Crystal Beach — Rising Star Award was presented to Elyssa McClendon a promising young leader making a remarkable early impact

6Seaside Crystal Beach — Business of the Year Seaside Lumber was recognized for excellence in service community engagement and business leadership

7Entergy Crystal Beach — Community Excellence Award was given to Entergy for their exceptional partnership and commitment to the people of Bolivar Peninsula

8Zahar Crystal Beach — Finally Citizen of the Year was awarded to Keith Zahar whose long standing service and dedication continue to uplift and inspire the Bolivar Peninsula community
