Hello! We are Robyn and Danny and we are the proud new owners of Ya'll Come Back Inn beach house.We are great friends with John Strange, the previous owner, and we are super excited to make this transition as smooth as possible! We look forward to booking your vacation with us! The cabin is located at 953 Mary Lynn Lane in the Sandy Shores subdivision of Crystal Beach. It is in a family friendly subdivision with beach access. In a few short minutes you can stroll to the beach to start your vacation.
Extra Information
In order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please do not bring more people than the beach house sleeps. The maximum number of guests is limited to 11. An additional charge of $25.00 per person per night for guests in addition to (11) will be assessed and will only be allowed with prior approval. Overcrowding could result in a loss of your deposit.
Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur. Please limit number of vehicles to 5.
No refunds will be given for rainy days, early departure, late arrival or unexpected maintenance problems. Should a problem occur, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it promptly. In the event of a hurricane evacuation, refunds will be given for unused days.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least two (2) weeks before your arrival will be charged a $50 fee. Cancellations made less than two (2) weeks prior to your arrival will result in forfeit of deposit. Early departure or shortened stay does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. While we will attempt to make any necessary repairs quickly and efficiently, there are no refunds for appliance failure, utility failure or circumstances beyond our control.
Deposit
Deposit (refundable) $300.00 (check only) due within ten (10) days of booking. Full rental amount due 14 days prior to arrival Reservation will be canceled without notice if deposit is not received within ten (10) days of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. Deposit will serve as damage and cleaning deposit. Any damaged, broken/missing items or above normal cleaning will be deducted from deposit.
