Robin's Nest is located in the Emerald Beach I Subdivision of Crystal Beach. This is a clean, family friendly addition with paid security. Let your children romp and play on our two lots, while you lay on the deck, enjoy the sun and listen to the ocean waves. Our cabin is a short walk to the best part of Crystal Beach. Our addition keeps our beach neat and clean all year round.

What you need to bring: Sun block, first aid items, insect repellent, charcoal & lighter, ice chests, fishing gear, clothes.
NOTE: All of these can be purchased locally if you would rather travel lightly.

House Rules
Rentals are for family groups only. Rates are based on the cabin sleeping capacity. There are to be no more persons than stated sleeping capacity unless previously agreed upon by the Owners. Doing so may result in forfeiture of deposit or cancellation of reservation with no refunds. Having more than capacity stated can easily push the septic system beyond its limits, causing damage.
Smoking Policy
Our house is a Smoke-Free environment. No smoking or vaping in the house.
Pet Policy
Sorry, no pets of any kind are allowed in the house.
Events Allowed
It is not permitted to rent this property for the sole purpose of hosting a party. It is permitted for a member of your family to have a modest birthday dinner during your stay.

Cancellation within 30 days of your date of arrival will forfeit your rent deposit.

Tender Accepted
One half the total rent, ("rent deposit"), is due when booked, unless otherwise agreed upon. If rent deposit is not received within seven days of the date of booking, the reservation will be cancelled without notice. The remaining balance of the rent and security deposit are due upon arrival by cash or money order. No CHECKS will be accepted at check-in. No credit cards accepted.
