Our cabin is a short walk to the best part of Crystal Beach. Our addition keeps our beach neat and clean all year round. SUMMER RATES Week - Mon 4 pm to Sun 1 pm - $1,100.00 Weekend - Fri 4 pm to Sun 1 pm - $625.00 Weekdays - Mon 4 pm to Thur 1 pm - $525.00 Holiday Weekends are $100.00 extra. WINTER RATES (Oct - Feb) Week - Mon 4 pm to Sun 1 pm - $800.00 Weekend - Fri 4 pm to Sun 1 pm - $425.00 Weekdays - Mon 4 pm to Thur 1 pm - $375.00 Security Deposit (Refundable) - $200.00 All taxes are included. Extra days and week day rentals may be available. Late arrival requires prior arrangements. TERMS One half the total rent, ("rent deposit"), is due when booked, unless otherwise agreed upon. If rent deposit is not received within seven days of the date of booking, the reservation will be cancelled without notice. The remaining balance of the rent and security deposit are due upon arrival by cash or money order. No CHECKS will be accepted at check-in. No credit cards accepted. Cancellation within 30 days of your date of arrival will forfeit your rent deposit. Rentals are for family groups only. Rates are based on the cabin sleeping capacity. There are to be no more persons than stated sleeping capacity unless previously agreed upon by the Owners. Doing so may result in forfeiture of deposit or cancellation of reservation with no refunds. Having more than capacity stated can easily push the septic system beyond its limits, causing damage. WHAT WE PROVIDE Basic cooking and eating utensils, mattress covers, sheets, towels, pillows, mop, broom and cleaning supplies. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING Sun block, first aid items, insect repellent, charcoal & lighter, ice chests, fishing gear, clothes. NOTE: All of these can be purchased locally if you would rather travel lightly. CLEAN-UP ON DEPARTURE Please leave the cabin as close as possible to the condition you found it in when you arrived. All sheets and towels must be washed, folded and accounted for to get security deposit back. Any damage or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit. We ask that you please do not put cigarette butts or personal hygiene products in the commode as this can obstruct the septic system.
