A check for security deposit will be accepted, but all rental fees MUST
BE money order or cash

BEACH HOUSE RULES
NO Smoking inside house--receptacles provided outside
NO Pets
No cooking or any other open flame on decks
No vehicles in fenced area
Leave sandy shoes/clothes downstairs
Rinse sand out of clothes before putting in washing machine
Hoses provided for rinsing shoes, chairs, toys, etc.
No feminine products in toilets
All floors swept and bathrooms cleaned before check out
All sheets and towels washed and folded before check out
We cannot be held responsible for any injuries occurred by either the
tenants or their guests.
