Winter Rates - October thru February

$ 600 Week - Monday 4 PM to Sunday 12 PM
$ 350 Week - Monday 4 PM to Thursday 12 PM
$ 350 Weekend - Friday 4 PM to Sunday 12 PM
$300 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit
Required for all rentals
One half the total rent ("rent deposit") is due within 7 days of booking to hold reservation. The remaining balance of the rent (cashiers check or money order only please) and a seperate check for the Security/Damage deposit is due at least 15 days before your arrival. No credit cards accepted. 		Extra days and week day rentals may be available.
Our house is smoke free. You may smoke outside. Please throw cigarette butts in the trash.
Pets allowed outside only, a small fenced area provided.

Rates are based on the cabin sleeping capacity. There are to be no more persons than stated sleeping capacity unless previously agreed upon by the Owners. Doing so may result in forfeiture of deposit or cancellation of reservation with no refunds. Having more than capacity stated can easily push the septic system beyond its limits, causing damage.

What We Provide

Basic cooking and eating utensils, coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, cleaning supplies, mops, brooms, vacuum. Pillow, comforters, bedspreads.

What You Need To Bring

Sheets, pillowcases, blankets.
Paper goods, first aid items, insect repellant, charcoal & lighter, ice chests, fishing gear, clothes, beach towels and bath towels. NOTE: All of this can be purchased locally if you would rather travel lightly.

Clean Up Upon Departure

Please leave the cabin as close as possible to the condition you found it in when you arrived. A checklist will be provided. We ask that you please do not put cigarette butts or personal hygiene products in the commode as this can obstruct the septic system. Any damage or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.

NOTICE!!! This is your vacation and time off. It is understandable and perfectly OK if you prefer to have a cleaning service do everything after you leave. They charge $50.00, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS!
