THIS IS A DEED-RESTRICTED COMMUNITY. CAMPERS AND
TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
CRYSTAL BEACH REQUIRES THAT ANY CARS THAT ARE DRIVEN
ONTO THE BEACH HAVE A VISIBLE PARKING PERMIT. MORE

BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Follow check-out/cleaning instructions that will be
provided.
Leave the sheets washed, dried and folded on the beds.
Please close all the blinds, turn off lights/fans and
set the thermostat/air conditioner to 78 degrees
(summer), or set the heater to 68 degrees (winter).
Departure cleaning is your responsibility and we ask
that you leave the house as clean as it was when you
arrived. You will be provided with a cleaning checklist
to use as a guide. If you desire a cleaning service for
your departure, one can be arranged. The cleaning fee is
$200.00 and should be arranged in advance. The cleaning
fee is due with the rental fee.
After we inspect the house for cleanliness/damages and
find no issues, your security deposit will be returned
by check promptly. You are responsible for any/all
damages incurred by you or your guests, this also
includes any damages that exceed your deposit. Any
missing items will be deducted from the security
deposit. |
RESERVATION
DEPOSIT
Rentals are for family groups only. You must be 25 years
old to rent this property and the renter must be present
at all times. Any reservation made under false pretense
will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment,
deposit and/or rental money. A security deposit of $400
along with ˝ of the rent is due at booking via personal
check or cashier’s check. Payment must be accompanied by
a copy of your driver’s license and the signed rental
agreement. The
reservation date is not secured until the deposit and
˝ the rent is received.
The other half of the rental fee is required 15 days
prior to start date of the rental.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS
EIGHT (8): THE MAXIMUM SLEEPING CAPACITY IS
BASED ON THE HOME’S ABILITY TO SAFELY AND COMFORTABLY
ACCOMMODATE OUR GUESTS. THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 8
INCLUDES CHILDREN. GUEST EXCEEDING MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
WILL BE SUBJECT TO FORFEITURE OF ADVANCE PAYMENT,
DEPOSIT AND/OR RENTAL MONEY, AND WILL BE EVICTED.
AVOID DAMAGES
This is our home and it is a wonderful getaway. We hope
that you enjoy it and have fun, but we also ask that you
take care of it as if it were your own. Please leave the
home in the same condition as you found it when you
arrived.
- Do not park or drive any vehicles in the yard.
Septic lines run in the rear and can be damaged.
- Do not throw any grease or food down the kitchen
drain. There is no garbage disposal.
- We ask that you not put personal hygiene products
in the toilets as this will damage the septic
system.
- Use only HE (High Efficiency) detergent in the
washer. No powder detergent should be used as it can
damage the appliance.
- THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO GRILLING ON THE DECK. It is
a fire hazard and against a Galveston County
ordinance.
- Any damage or missing items will be deducted from
the security deposit.
