WHAT WE PROVIDE
Mops, broom, cleaning supplies. A roll of
paper towels, as well as a roll of toilet paper for each
toilet will be provided. We also provide a garbage bag
for each day you are there.
Linens are provided. You must bring your own towels.

NON SMOKING ENVIRONMENT
No smoking in the house. Please limit smoking to the
outdoor areas.

Peak Season (May

PETS ALLOWED
A non-refundable fee will be charged for dogs. One
small to medium dog is $100. Two small to medium dogs
$150. Three small to medium dogs is $200. Large dog
$150.00. Please no more than 3 small to medium sized
pets. Horses are not allowed on any property. Pets need
to stay off furniture to prevent dog hair from getting
on furniture.
CLEAN-UP ON DEPARTURE
Please leave cabin as close as possible to the condition
you found it in when you arrived. A checklist will be
provided. We ask that you please do not put personal
hygiene products in the commode as this can obstruct the
sewer system. Any damage or missing items will be
deducted from the security deposit. All trash must be
placed in garbage bags then placed in garbage cans near
the street. Garbage pick up is on Tuesday and Friday. If
trash is not in garbage bags it will not be emptied from
garbage can, which might result in the damage deposit
not being fully refunded. A mandatory $135 cleaning fee
is charged to all rentals.
